What kazylyk is

Kazylyk is dry-cured horse sausage. In Tatar cooking it is a ready-to-slice cold product: served on a meat plate, in a festive assortment, or as a gift pack. It is not cooked-smoked sausage and not a grill frankfurter.

How it differs from our pepperoni

Pepperoni here is cooked-smoked chicken: KD-013 sliced 0.5 kg and KD-014 stick 0.8 kg, stored at −18 °C. Kazylyk is dry-cured horse meat and horse fat, chilled at 0–12 °C. Different line, composition, shelf life and kitchen use.
